Thinking of Teaching? Information Days 19th & 25th April 2018

 

Are you a graduate - or soon to graduate - with a good degree?

 

The University of Sussex offers a range of exciting routes into teaching in partnership with schools, colleges and nurseries across the South East.


Postgraduate PGCE and School Direct courses are available in a range of subjects and phases:

PRIMARY PHASE: Primary, Early Years and Primary with Maths.
SECONDARY PHASE: Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Computer Science, Economics, Business Studies, English, Geography, History, Classics, Modern Foreign Languages, Music, Media Studies, Design Technology, Art & Design, Drama, Psychology,
Social Science, Religious Education (RE), and Physical Education (PE).
KS2/3 (Middle Years) Maths, MFL and English.

Free Subject Knowledge Enhancement courses are also available prior to training in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, MFL, Geography and English.
 

We also offer an innovative Early Years Education MA (with Early Years Teacher Status) at no cost to Home/EU students.

Postgraduates could be eligible for a tax-free bursary of up to £26k, or a training salary of up to £25k (depending on subject, qualification and location), while training to teach.
